- Per label score for `Choices` was calculated when `no Choice` was selected.
- Fixed an error for actions with ordering by **joined** field.
- Fixed auto-generated docs for `api/tasks`.

#### Frontend
- Fixed an issue when the Safari browser stopped working.
- Fixed scrollable area in **Review** mode.
